Mandated Use of Apprentices

ACA Policy

The Alberta Construction Association believes that on the job training is integral to the apprenticeship system of post secondary learning. Given that this on the job training is the responsibility of employers, decisions about the appropriate ratio of journey people to apprentices should rest with employers directly affected by the ratio.
