Who We Are
Since 1959 the Alberta Construction Association (ACA):
- Represents the collective voice for Alberta’s construction industry
- Develops standard industry practices (procurement, payment, safety, etc.)
- Promotes highly skilled workforce
Membership
The ACA is comprised of 3000+ member companies involved in institutional, commercial and industrial sectors that include general contractors, trade contractors, and manufacturers and suppliers. The construction industry in Alberta employs approximately 242,000, for an approximate value of $45 billion.
Membership in the Alberta Construction Association is through our integrated Local Construction Associations. In joining one of the integrated local Construction Associations, annual dues provide you with membership at the provincial level (ACA), and the national level (Canadian Construction Association).
