2024 Trade Definitions are Now Available

The 2024 Trade Definitions update is now available at their website: https://www.tradedefinitions.com/

Thank you to the committee for their hard work on this year’s version. They continue to modify and build on the work of past years.

The following major revisions to select trade definitions, include the following:

▪ Roofing and Related Sheet Metal
▪ Entrances, Storefronts and Windows
▪ Curtain Wall and Glazed Assemblies
▪ Glass and Glazing
▪ Painting

There are also numerous minor revisions throughout the document that may or may not affect the work of each trade but eliminates the ambiguity of the existing verbiage that could result in unforeseen work due to misinterpretation of the language used. Please ensure you download the current copy for your review.
