ACA Requests to Speak to WCB Review Panel

The ACA has been working over the past year to ensure the WCB Review understood the position of construction owners regarding this important insurance program. Over the late spring we asked our members to have their say on the WCB review currently underway.  The ACA also completed surveys, workbook responses and a submission to respond to the panel.

ACA has asked to appear before the panel to speak on behalf of the commercial construction industry. We look forward to speaking with the panel and sharing our concerns in how to best serve employees and employers within a system which is responsive for everyone.

The first report of the panel is due during the Legislature fall session and the final report is due later in 2017.
