New CCDC Supplementary Conditions for Use in Alberta

Alberta Construction Association has created / updated Supplementary Conditions for CCDC 2 Master Agreement Between Owner and Contractor for use with stipulated price Work Authorizations and CCDC3 Cost Plus Contract to ensure the contract provisions align with requirements under the Alberta Builders’ Lien Act.  The Supplementary Conditions are available at no charge at www.albertaconstruction.net under the Documents tab.
