For years ACA has joined other Alberta construction associations to oppose the imposition of statutory wage schedules to apply to federal construction projects. ACA applauds the federal government which proposes repeal of the depression-era Fair Wages and Hours of Labour Act in the Budget Implementation Act tabled in Parliament last week.
