New 2012 Version of Alberta Supplementary General Conditions for Use with CCDC2 Now Available

Alberta Supplementary General Conditions for use with CCDC2 are now available revised for 2012.  The SGC are required to align CCDC2 with the Alberta Builders’ Lien Act.  The major change in the 2012 version is a reduction in the time period for which the design consultant has in which to verify the validity of the certificate of Substantial Performance of the Work. Request the 2012 version when ordering CCDC2 through your Local Construction Association.
